Our last Challenge Team artist for June - using Windsor Knot and the Build a Brad kits.
Tilly sent over three projects! She got busy!
The first card is a real cutie with a fun envelope-like fold, secured with an Old Olive ribbon. She was very innovative and used those really tiny stamps from Short and Sweet on her Build A Brad.
Stamp is out onto the Windsor Knot dsp, and colour in with markers and the white gel pen. Punch out with the 1/2 inch circle punch and adhere to the top of your brad. Rather than using the clear dome that comes in the kit, Tilly chose to put a tiny crystal on top for the cherry. Cute!
The next card uses a retired beach set that I adored for the short time we had it. Now check out how Tilly has adhered the So Saffron Windsor Knot and the striped print together, with a torn edge in between. She's then stamped on both layers to create the sand and water or sand and sky look. How cool is that?!
The details with the circle punches and the ribbon is quite nice as well.
The last little treasure uses the Windsor Knot just as a peek of a mat, which is a very nice way to use stripes. She's repeated the stripes in the Build A Brad placed in the corner. I like the use of the white gel pen here, too, Tilly!
Our four artists have done such different and neat things with just a few pieces of the same Windsor Knot papers and Build A Brads. Keep watching next month for the next installement!
